Position: Sales Manager / Operation Manager

Responsibility

[Scope of work and responsibilities]

[Job Overview]

To manage the entire operation of all stores and increase sales in Vietnam

・Working closely with the store team and HQ team to ensuring good management on store operation including:

- Staff management

- Sales & promotion management

- Stock management

- Display management

・Being responsible for the P&L and environment of all stores

・Other assigned tasks from line manager

・Monitoring to create necessary processes/ procedures for continuous improvement

・Analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly results for sales situation and suggesting how to improve it to General Director and General Manager.

・Improving the satisfaction of customers and staff.

・Communicating with the relevant division of parent company / other subsidiary and making good relationships.

・Making division strategy and direction for leading the team member

- Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City- Monthly Salary: 2300~5000 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Deep knowledge about retail industry
• Good analysis and problem solving skills; Good logical thinking
• 5 to 10 years of operation experience in a relevant role (store management) in retail industry
• Has Sales oriented mind to analyze and increase Sales
• Excellent English skill (Business level)
• Deep understanding and passion of their brand
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• A Bachelor degree in business management
• Good related computer skills
