Position: GA／HR Assistant Manager‐ Plywood manufacture

Responsibilities

・Support Japanese Manager & GAHR Manager
・Adjust with another department
・Interpret between Japanese Manager, Director & Vietnamese Staff
・Attend and interpret meetings with government office officer
・Support to register work permit, resident card, housing, health examination for Foreigner
・Follow all suppliers contract and renew on time
・Support in periodic report such as report of fire protection (PCCC), environment monitoring report, report to Industrial Management, Social Insurance Office, Fire Police, HR Dept,…
・Manage all necessary corporate license.
・Propose idea to improve working environment
・Conduct administrative negotiations with the Legal and People's Committee when necessary
・Manage workers demand from production
・Check the update CV and control database (made by staff)
・Making Offer Letter, labor contract, appendix contract, decision (for Leaders/Chief/ Manager position only).
・Register Social insurance for all employees (in/out/ change salary/ sick leave)
・Check timesheet and calculation salary.
・Communicate with recruitment agency to share job description, check CVs, arrange interview and etc.
・ Another task by Manager
* This position has a career path to manager in the future.

- Working location: Ben Luc, Long An

- Monthly Salary: 27,600,000～34,500,000 VND

Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 35-45
- Gender: Female prefer
- Bachelor's degree (prefer having study abroad)
- English skill: Business level
- At least 3 years in general affairs, including experience in administrative negotiations with Legal and the People's Committee
- Person who can work flexibly, understanding factory work
- Good knowledge of HR task (Salary calculation, social insurance, personnel system in general)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese skill Business level (more than N2) 
- Having study abroad in Japan
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Working experience in manufacturing industry
- Havig knowledge of ISO
- Having knowledge of Safety & Environment leagal
