Responsibility

• Build a positive working environment

• Maintain salary and benefit plan

• Ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities

• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs

• Contract Preparation: probation contract, labor contract.

• Personnel Administration Collect employee's documents and keep them in employee profile.

• Support HR operation for payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, PIT, social insurance., etc.

• Alert contract expires and prepare contract renewal to Dept., Head.

• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Working location: Ba Dinh district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～35,000,000VND

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Gender: Female only 

- Age: 30 - 37

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.

- Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in HR. 

- Language: Good at English skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading)

- Skill: Good at MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) 

- Demonstrate good knowledge of Labor law

- Personalities: 

• Very good communication skills, interpersonal skill, proactive and high responsible person

• Good time management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multi-tasks

• Careful, honest, initiative, and able to work under high pressure

<Preferred Skill / Experience >

- Preferably experience in a foreign company
