Position: MEP Manager- Construction

Responsibility

- To Manage the MEP section during design stage & tender stage of Projects
- To manage & monitor all authority activities related to MEP section such as Infrastructure connection
Agreement, Power connection agreement, PCCC Design Appraisal, Telecommunication & IBS agreement…
- To support MEP site PM and Operation department for MEP design issue/ testing & commissioning if was requested.
- To lead the operation of MEP section such as:
• To propose yearly working plan/ arrangement of MEP section to management board
• To amend the MEP document station such as design guidelines, construction guidelines and learnt
lesson.
• To study & update new technique, new brands, new design trend then propose the proper one for the project
• To chair the MEP weekly meeting, help site MEP engineers resolve their issues and update learnt lesson accordingly
• To do and train the Young/ New MEP engineers about Design and Tender management work.

- Monthly Salary: 35,000,000～40,000,000VND

- Working location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Dương

Requirements

・Education background: Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Engineering
・Gender: Male
・Age: 30- 36 years old
・Language skills: English- Business Level
・Experience:
• MEP manager’s Role Experience: At least 3 years working at MEP executed manager at Owner, Main Contractor, and Design consultant, or QS consultant.
• Project type’s experience: At least 2 projects type high- rise building or Complex- building such as Condominium, Office, Mix- use Complex, Shopping Center, Tow- houses.
