94002 - Lead Auditor (Certification of Management Systems) - Garment Industry

Working Location: D12, HCMC
Monthly Salary: 23,6M～35M(VND)

Responsibility

Conduct auditing job on Management System Certification internationally recognized standards (ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 27001.) including:
- Follow up corrective actions from customers, complete audit reports, and submit reports for final approval;
- Stay updated on the related market regulations as well as technical requirements; continuously study and inform the sales team about major challenges of those;
- Document review, preparing audit plan for on- site audit activities;
- Support other services such as conducting training, inspection, and customer care (seminar, technical support) on requirements.
- Manage customer’s expectations and delivery of services according to company&039;s policy and procedures;

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in leather/ garment major
・Language: English- Business Level
・Age: 26- 35
・Experience:
- Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines
- At least 4 years of working experience as QA/QC at apparel/ garment/ leather manufacturing companies
- Experience as Quality Management Representative, ISO Team Leader, or Internal System Auditor;
- Experience in dealing with high- level people;

- Good communication and customer services skills;
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork;
- Be able to work in a multi- cultural / multi- national environment;
- Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Having a good sense of staying integrity and complying with applicable code of conduct.
Preferable Skill
- Have been trained on Lead auditors ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 or ISO 27001 is preferred
- Experience in 3rd party audit is preferred
