97451 - Sales Manager - General Appliances

Work Location: District 03, HCMC
Monthly Salary: 40M ~ 50M

・ Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
・ Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier
・ Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
・ Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison.
・ Health and safety adherence
・ Identify and respond to client needs for Elevator
・ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
・ Cultivate and find new customers and sell Elevator
・ Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest Elevator Products accordingly
・ Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
・ Establish relationships with new customers
・ Attend a weekly sales meeting

・Experience: Must have 3 years of experience in Sales at management level in the Elevator industry
・Language: English Conversational Level (Have a Japanese- speaking admin staff support as Interpreter) or Japanese Conversational
・Skills:
- Willingness to absorb new knowledge.
- Detailed attention person
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Punctuation
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
- Ability to follow instructions and take action accordingly
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint）

・ Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
・ English or Japanese at Business Level
・ Experience in using Google Applications would be a plus (such as Gmail)
・ Strong organizational skills
