98420 - Business Control Manager - Healthcare

- Working location: Thị Xã Dĩ An, Tỉnh Bình Dương

- Monthly salary: 48,5M ~ 85M

・Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements
・Other tasks assigned by Line managers
・Responsible for HR matters, payroll, recruitment, policies, and administration department
・Design, plan execute, and improve the financial and accounting policies and operations following the company&039;s regulation, internal controlling procedures like SOX
・Responsibility for internal control and finance
・Document and check internal controlling regulations (financial statements, financial systems, and ERP system)
・Check and make sure documentation is as per internal procedure
・Check documents and advise proper business schemes from Vietnamese company law, tax law, and accounting regulations

・Age: 35- 55 years old
・Having working experience in a Mido to a large foreign company
・Working experience in accounting, internal control, HR, General Affairs, or related fields over 8- 10 years
・Bachelor degree- Finance, Accounting, and business- related
・Language: English Upper Business level (for internal and use in meetings)
・Gender: Any
・Having can- do attitude and working independently

<Preferable Skill / Experience >・use Japanese is an advantage
