99211 - Japanese Speaking - Molding Assistant Manager - Electrical Equipment

- Work Location: Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.

- Monthly Salary

: 30M ~ 40M

Duties:
- Investigate and analyze the cause of defects, and offer countermeasures.
- Trouble- shoot problems if needed.
- Make general and periodic maintenance plans for molds.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of press/injection molds.
- Lead and improve safety performance and productivity.
- Promote productivity improvement in collaboration with manufacturing sites.
- Make plans to prevent/ repair the defects to reduce the NG rate of products.

Team management:
- Manage the performance/KPI of the team.
- Train and help skill up, team members.
- Follow up daily operations and give guidance to the subordinates.
- Assign tasks to subordinates.

Others:
- Manage the assets in charge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Comply with labor safety processes and company regulations.
- Build a production system based on the development schedule.
- Make cost reports and expense forecasts.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Education: University/ College with major in Mechanical Engineering
- Language Skills: Japanese- Business Level AND English- Conversational Level
- Age: Over 30
- Gender: Male Only
- Experiences:
• Deep understanding/knowledge of press/injection mold, mold maintenance, automation, high- speed press machine as well as ISO certification is advantageous.
• Have at least 04 years of experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing process kaizen.
• Have experience in project/ people management.
