Position: Technical Assistant (Design team)- Real Estate
Responsibility
・Support the company&039;s Vietnamese Technical Manager in construction- related tasks, including design, schedule, budget, bidding, and construction management (quality and safety management).
・Communicate with project team members, and participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) in English and Vietnamese.
・Various document creation, preparation of presentation materials, processing, and editing of drawing (data CAD data).
- Working location: Cau Giay district, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～53,000,000VND

Requirements

・University or college graduate related to construction technology
・Gender: Any
・Language: English intermediate level up.
・Age: 27- 35 years old.
・Experience:
- Skills/Certifications: Project Manager certification, Construction Manager certification, basic PC skills
- More than 5 years in the construction industry with experience in architectural design firms, general contractors, project management (PM), or construction management (CM)
- Others: Experience in creating architectural contract documents (Welcome/Preferred Consideration).
