A/C Technician (Kỹ thuật viên Điện lạnh)

Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards./ Đảm bảo thiết bị vận hành hiệu quả và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn.
Coordinate with other departments to respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel operations./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để xử lý yêu cầu bảo trì từ khách hoặc vận hành khách sạn.
Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of all air- conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel./ Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa và lắp đặt toàn bộ hệ thống điều hòa, làm lạnh trong khách sạn.
Monitor A/C performance, identify issues, and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions promptly./ Theo dõi hoạt động của hệ thống A/C, phát hiện sự cố và xử lý kịp thời.
Support energy- saving initiatives and preventive maintenance programs./ Hỗ trợ thực hiện các chương trình tiết kiệm năng lượng và bảo trì định kỳ.
Clean, inspect, and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and refrigeration units./ Vệ sinh, kiểm tra và bảo dưỡng chiller, AHU, FCU, hệ thống VRV/VRF và thiết bị làm lạnh.

Teamwork spirit, high responsibility, and service- oriented mindset./ Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm, trách nhiệm cao và tác phong phục vụ chuyên nghiệp.
Technical diploma or certificate in refrigeration, air- conditioning, or electrical systems./ Tốt nghiệp trung cấp hoặc có chứng chỉ chuyên ngành điện lạnh, điều hòa hoặc điện công nghiệp.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and safety procedures./ Hiểu biết về hệ thống HVAC, môi chất lạnh và quy trình an toàn kỹ thuật.
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals./ Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tài liệu hướng dẫn.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an A/C Technician, preferably in hotels or resorts./ Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ thuật viên Điện lạnh, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại khách sạn hoặc resort.
