ROLE PURPOSE
As a A&P Senior Executive, you will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing communications (IMC) plans to strengthen SC VivoCity’s brand image, drive traffic from online to offline channels, and support tenant engagement. You will manage multiple communications platforms, develop content strategies, and collaborate with external agencies to deliver effective campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role also oversees the planning and operations of SCVC’s Rewards+ app.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
- Support Senior Marcom Manager in developing and implementing IMC plans to promote the company’s brand, services, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across online and offline communication touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Display Ads), and optimize performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Manage SCVC’s website & social media accounts
- Supervise the creative process to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate production of campaign assets (photo, video, influencer, direct marketing) in partnership with external vendors.
- Plan, create and coordinate content across platforms including articles, websites, press releases, reports, FAQs, presentation decks, and spokesperson materials for interviews and events.
- Work with agencies to manage and grow social and owned media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website, and Mobile App.
Public Relations & Crisis Management
- Act as the first point contact for monitoring potential brand issues across owned media channels
- Coordinate with PR vendors/agencies to develop and execute PR strategies per campaign.
- Maintain and update the media contact database and manage outreach efforts.
- Ensure timely and consistent updates across all platforms during and after the crisis to maintain trust and transparency.
- Assist in preparing holding statements, FAQs or updates to be communicated via media channels during a crisis.
- Regularly scan for negative sentiment or incidents that may affect the brand’s reputation and promptly escalate issues to the senior management team.
Market & Media Monitoring
- Track social market trends and competitors’ marketing activities quarterly.
- Conduct regular media and social listening, monitor SCVC’s brand health and customer engagement online.
Budget Management
- Assist in managing communications campaign budgets and cost control.
- Track and report PR and digital expenses during campaign execution to ensure cost- efficiency.
Tenant Support & Collaboration
- Engage with tenants to encourage participation in mall- wide campaigns and promotions – online/ offline and on CRM
- Understand tenant business objectives and tailor marketing packages to support visibility and sales growth.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager in support of departmental goals.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and vendor
- Support CRM recruitment efforts and propose member benefits or privileges.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot CRM app issues and propose new features or activities.
