Location: The position is based at the 3rd floor, Trung Yen 1 Building, 1A Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
We are seeking aCustomer Support Representativeto handle incoming calls and provide assistance to our current customers. The main responsibilities include addressing customer- reported issues, facilitating SIM and phone replacements, and assisting customers with service registration. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls and chat conversations. Additionally, the position requires proactive follow- up calls to customers using our services or upon their request for support. It is important to note thatthere are no sales targets or revenue quotasassociated with this role.
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. (
Break time: 60 minutes)

Shift 1: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Shift 2: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Shift 3: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Vietnam Time)

Male/Female between 18 and 35 years old.
English proficiency commensurate with the respective positions, with no English certification required.
Candidates without experience will receive training.

Call Agent:Starting salary of 14 million VND.
