We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle incoming calls and provide assistance to our current customers. The main responsibilities include addressing customer- reported issues, facilitating SIM and phone replacements, and assisting customers with service registration. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls and chat conversations. Additionally, the position requires proactive follow- up calls to customers using our services or upon their request for support. It is important to note that there are no sales targets or revenue quotas associated with this role.
Location: The position is based at the 3rd floor, Trung Yen 1 Building, 1A Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi.Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. (Break time: 60 minutes)
Shift 1: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Shift 2: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Shift 3: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
