Core job responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Establishes and meets commitments to achieve plans and EHS targets, and maintains, measures, and evaluates progress.
· Certified capability for contractor and conduct Safety training
· Understands the business requirements and possible impacts and has knowledge of the stakeholder needs and EHS compliance when developing a project scope.
· Implements and tracks EHS projects.
· Performs basic feasibility studies related to project alternatives.
· Acts as a lead person or technical expert on projects.
Technical:
· Resolves day to day EHS issues
· Conducts risk assessments on process, industrial hygiene
· Investigates root causes of problem and incidents, near miss, BBS
· Develops and evaluates EHS programs
Organizational Interface:
· Provides EHS support and mentors operating unit personnel and junior EHS professionals.
· Designs and delivers EHS training programs.
· Manager EHS KPI and scorecard
· Implements EHS policies and procedures.
Compliance:
· Ensures EHS compliance and risk mitigation through risk assessments and implementation of strategies.
· Perform for EHS and Site audits: Quality audit
· Track company, industry, and regulatory activities to ensure effective EHS compliance.
· Manage and control for Site access systems
· Assists with development of strategic EHS plans.
· Organize Fire drill event, EHS global event for Site.
· Follow all quality policy at Site
· Management permits legalize related to EHS factors
· Complies with all regulations and standards and perform gap assessment
· Develops and provides training/ safety talk on programs, systems or EHS compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Directs the efforts of others, such as technicians and outside resources.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by EHS Manager
· Develops requests for Capital Expenditures (RCE’s), safety assessments, audit reports, ETC and evaluate risk assessment for CAPEX project.
· Participates on cross-divisional teams to develop and align procedures/standards and share best practices.

Work Experience:
· At least 2 years&039; experience in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies or Food/ Chemical/ FMCG in Vietnam in EHS.
Core Skill Requirement:
· Good communication skill, planning skill, problem – solving skill
· Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
· Conversational in English
Analytical skills
· Understanding the systematic process of WHO-GMP in the pharmaceutical industry
