Works with dealers/ distributors to optimize Air Conditioner communication and visibility on their online communication platforms such as: website, social, …that benefits for sale driven.
Observe and provide the way to optimize the performance of paid and organic media campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to brainstorm and develop monthly and yearly Air conditioner product integrated media communication plan (IMC plan), concepts that address market needs, customer pain points, and strategic goals based on HQ product strategy.
Manage paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver communication goals as well as acquire, convert, and retain users.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Identify trends and audience insights; optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Works with Marketing Manager on communication content such as: KV creation, social contents, PR articles, KOL/ product reviewer briefing, ad text, landing page text, creatives, etc.

Have the ability to persuade and negotiate, flexible and acumen in problem solving
Creative, proactively updating trends and knowledge on social network, social media influencers
At least 2- 4 years of experience in Marketing communication/ Product marketing or similar roles.
Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Dynamic, professional, proactive thinking and willing- to- learn spirit
Good written skills in both Vietnamese and English
Fluently with Microsoft (Word, excel, power point)
Familiar with or Tech gadgets love spirit
Ability to plan, strategize and report marketing.
Good project management skills; ability to cope with multiple projects and good time management.
Bachelor ‘s Degree and similar degree
