Job Description:
Academic support
• Assist in training activities, and demonstrating strong organization skills to facilitate smooth operations.
• Be the point- of- contact for teachers and assist them in supplying their teaching materials and tools etc.
• Assist AM in organising her schedule of meetings, interviews, evaluations and class observation feedback.
• Assist in the scheduling of classes.
• Provide administrative support in designing new syllabi or adjusting old syllabi and materials.
• Assist AM in coordination of teacher recruitment.
• Assist in conducting research on educational topics if required.
• Assist AM in gathering Teacher Reports and Student Feedback.
Student care
• Send regular progress reports to parents/students.
• Assist parents and students in downloading and using the Classin platform, providing support for any technical issues.
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
• Feedback collection: gather feedback from students and parents regarding courses and services to help improve operational processes and service quality.
• Provide attentive care for students and parents throughout the course, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department to guide & support parents through the entrance test process for students.
Qualifications:
Background fit:
• Experience in online education platforms is a plus
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Education or related field

• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English is preferred

ROLE INFORMATION:
Position: Trợ lý Học thuật / Academic Assistant
Working type: tại văn phòng công ty / on- site
Contract Type: Hợp đồng thử việc – HĐLĐ (sau thử việc) / Probation Contract – Labor Contract (after probation).
Report to: Trưởng phòng học thuật / Academic Manager
Working Hours: 7,5H/ngày từ T3 – CN, nghỉ vào thứ 2 hàng tuần/ 7,5 hours/day from Tue- Sun, weekly off day on Monday.
