Academic Affairs:

Perform other tasks as required by the management or superiors to ensure effective and quality academic and administrative support activities
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks such as preparing reports, statistics, and supporting the handling of school operational issues.
Ensure the storage and management of student records in accordance with the regulations of the Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada.
Assist in the arrangement of students and teachers, scanning documents and uploading them to the school&039;s storage system.

Job requirements

Organizational skills and ensuring accuracy in work.
Priority is given to candidates with good English
Education level: College degree and above
Communication and teamwork skills, flexible situation handling.

Working hours:

Morning: 7:15- 11:45 & Afternoon: 1:15- 4:45.
Monday- Friday and Saturday morning
