Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to teachers regarding their performance, classroom management, and student engagement, fostering continuous improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining student records, tracking attendance, preparing reports, and other related tasks.
Marketing Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute promotional events, workshops, and seminars to attract prospective students and create brand awareness.
Build up the team spirit; collaborate and cooperate with other Academic Coordinators.
Task Assignment: Coordinate with the management team to assign tasks and responsibilities to teachers based on their skills, availability, and classroom needs.
Teacher Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection of qualified English teachers.
Teaching English: have all responsibilities of a regular teacher. Conduct a maximum of 4 classes, excluding substitute classes.
Communication and Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact between teachers, the management team, and other departments, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations.
Ensure the teachers at assigned center precisely follow RISE teaching principles and deliver the courseware accurately.
Timekeeping: Maintain accurate records of teacher schedules, absences, and punctuality, ensuring adequate teacher coverage for classes and timely submission of timesheets.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers and the academic team to review and improve existing curriculum materials, create new instructional resources, and ensure alignment with educational objectives.
Professional Development: Support teacher growth and development by identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
