Academic Executive

Assist the organization and management of professional development events and in- house teacher training when required.
Support key annual and once- off events and official inspections that involve schools including accreditation visits.
Initiate and support administrative processes to ensure that academic projects and initiatives are effectively implemented and operationalized; establish timelines, milestones and monitor progress.
Develop evaluation criteria for projects/initiatives in consultation with the Education Director and/or Academic Manager; draft report on the implementation success to support academic project review.
Look out for latest educational trends in relation to the academic projects and initiatives.
Support in preparing dossier, maintaining statutory and legal compliance of the schools’ operations as per the Company’s common guidelines and directions.
Assist in working/ coordinating among all schools in system to make sure that new policies/ changes/ applications from the Company are carried out.
Assist in setting up new schools and/or periodically visiting current schools.

Relevant working experience is an advantage
Good command of English
