Academic Executive

- Look out for latest educational trends in relation to the academic projects and initiatives.
- Support in preparing dossier, maintaining statutory and legal compliance of the schools’ operations as per the Company’s common guidelines and directions.
- Develop evaluation criteria for projects/initiatives in consultation with the Education Director and/or Academic Manager; draft report on the implementation success to support academic project review.
- Support key annual and once- off events and official inspections that involve schools including accreditation visits.
- Assist in working/ coordinating among all schools in system to make sure that new policies/ changes/ applications from the Company are carried out.
- Assist in setting up new schools and/or periodically visiting current schools.
- Assist the organization and management of professional development events and in- house teacher training when required.
- Initiate and support administrative processes to ensure that academic projects and initiatives are effectively implemented and operationalized; establish timelines, milestones and monitor progress.

· Good command of English
