Academic Manager

· Devising and implementing strategic solutions relating to Academic quality and standards
· Conducting evaluation of center performance and relaying feedback to relevant personnel.
· Supporting Academic center management to achieve AEG Academic Vision.
· Providing oversight, guidance and leadership to Academic staff members.
· In coordination with other departments and centers, being accountable for overall student reenrollment.
· Assist the employer in promotion of its programs and courses. This promotion may take the form of: still pictures, video and audio through web sites, brochures, commercials and any other medium that the employer uses to promote its programs. In such promotions the school may also reveal some personal information, such as, full name, age, qualifications, and work history.
· Supporting to build academic standards/ customer service system by providing feedback
· Using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to inform and direct academic strategy.
· Planning training schedules for teachers and administrative support staff.
· Be available at times agreed to promote and advertise the school and its programs within reasonable notice periods.
· ACC and Senior Teacher evaluations.
· Regularly meeting and consulting with non- Academic team members to establish efficient working relationships
· Working with other departments to coordinate the development of projects.

· Expat Candidates
. An undergraduate degree from a recognized university
· An internationally recognized English language teaching qualification (e.g. CELTA, or equivalent)
· At least 2 years’ experience in a Management role
· At least 5 years ESL teaching experience at reputable institutions
· Thorough understanding of the role of culture in language teaching and learning
· Experience in teaching Young Learners / Teens is essential
· A postgraduate ELT/TESOL qualification, such as Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge IDLTM or a Master&039;s degree in ELT/TESOL
