Academic strategy, and program implementation:
Review and validate teaching and testing materials, and lesson plans while coordinating teacher feedback for continuous improvement.
Design and lead induction programs, professional development workshops, and mentoring pathways based on observed teacher needs.
Oversee teachers’ implementation of learning programs and materials developed by the R&D department, ensuring standardized delivery, compliance with academic policies.
Teaching quality assurance, and professional development:
Conduct classroom observations, evaluate teaching quality, and provide timely, constructive feedback to support instructional improvement.
Student learning quality:
Analyze student performance data to identify trends and risk areas, then develop and implement intervention plans for at- risk students through remedial programs and parent consultations.
Take responsibility for student learning outcomes, progress rates, and academic satisfaction, including oversight of placement testing and level progression.
Academic operations, and cross- department collaboration:
Lead academic operations planning including teacher allocation, workload distribution, scheduling, and maintenance of accurate academic documentation and system records to ensure smooth daily center operations.
Serve as the academic representative in cross- department coordination with Operations, Sales, Marketing, andR&D, and participate in parent consultations to resolve escalated academic matters.
Team leadership and management:
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of academic executives and teaching staff while developing succession planning within the department.Build a high- performance academic culture grounded in accountability and collaboration, handling conflicts and crisis situations in accordance with company policies.
Reporting and strategic support:
Prepare periodic academic performance reports for the CEO, covering teaching quality indicators, student outcomes, and operational risks.
Provide data- based recommendations to support service improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Other Academic duties:
Participate in internal and external consulting projects, academic meetings, and quality initiatives when assigned.
Perform other academic and operational tasks as directed by the CEO.
