· Forecasting FT, PT, Relief teachers based on Time Table & Class forecasting
· Scheduling for teacher to ensure that optimize the number of hours of full time teacher.
· Schedule and ensure having enough teacher to cover classes when needed.
Teachers Academic Operation Management
· Providing center operation induction for new teachers assigned to center
· Providing the overall management of course plan , lesson plan operation across centers & manage the follow up through of both none teachers & teachers
· Providing timesheet SOP management to both Teachers & none Teachers based on scheduling management
Enhance Student Acquisition and Retention
· Retention
Co- Striving to maximize teaching quality through observations, feedback and continual professional development training with Academic Director.
Communication:
Developing the Parent Communication Policy and Calendar to ensure that communication between parents and teachers is frequent and systematized.
Reacting to parent concerns, and, where possible, meeting directly with parents to allay those fears, or making changes to reflect pertinent points they may bring up.
Encouraging teachers to regularly speak to parents on an ad hoc basis, both to build strong relationships, and to ensure parents are fully informed about their child’s progress.
Development of a parent handbook to help parents understand the theory and practice of the I Can Read System
Assisting in the organization and delivery of promotional events to raise customer satisfaction and student enjoyment.
Assist Operation Manager/ AOM Developing systems for measurement of parent satisfaction, and for identifying parents who are at risk of withdrawal.
Academic Operations Management
· Be a point of contact for teachers in HQ to & relate the matter resolved successfully by Functional Heads respectively
· Provide assistance to CM/TL relating to Academic and Teacher issues.
· Work with OGM, SSM, CM/TL , Sales Head, PDM for Development and review of operational processes, systems and materials on academic operation services
· Regularly meet with teachers to discuss and give guidance to any academic or center issues which may arise.
· Provide assistance to ICR centres to organise Relief Teachers during Teacher absence.
· Resolve any issues or conflicts between teachers and CSO or TA staff.
· Provide assistance and guidance to ICR centres in creation and optimization of teaching schedules.
· Assisting in the organization and delivery of promotional events to raise awareness of the ICR brand in local geographies
Liaise with Singapore Headquarters
· Academics; Update & to ensure alignment of all curriculum, training, and methodology, and to receive updates or projects to be completed and/or utilized in Vietnam.
· Operations; Update & to ensure alignment with Ops/Accad policies being used in Singapore customized for Vietnam academic Operation
· Regularly liaise with ICR Singapore Headquarters with the following departments

· Conduct Relief Teaching for emergency required
