🌱 Your Role:
As a Program Development Specialist, you&039;ll be at the heart of our innovative learning solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing clean and clear presentation slides for our trainers, ensuring they align with DC’s brand guidelines.
Creating top- notch participant manuals, surveys, and other materials to enhance training effectiveness.
• Managing mapping tools and training solution systems on ERP platform.
Adding subtitles to videos, creating demo activities, and developing tests to enrich the training content.
Contributing your creative flair to developing new products and training programs.
Offering valuable support to projects across various departments.
🔑 Key Skills:
Quick thinking and adept at creative problem- solving to tackle challenges head- on.
Mastery in PowerPoint, Word, and PDF, bringing your ideas to life with finesse.
Traits of integrity, positivity, innovation, accountability, care, and a thirst for continuous learning.
A collaborative and efficient approach to communication, driving effective teamwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
💼 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning and Development, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Experienced in education, business analysis, and academic projects would be an advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in translation, and program development.
