Job Description
Primary Responsibility for Developing the Brand&039;s Training Program:
Build, update, develop, and adjust the curriculum framework and training model of the brand you are responsible for to ensure training quality and alignment with the brand strategy/marketing and business requirements.
Collaborate with IMAP Pro&039;s Sales Department to understand the specific needs of business partners/schools and design curriculum frameworks according to their requirements.
Organize research, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the activities of building/updating/adjusting brand- specific learning materials, including textbooks, student books, teaching slides, course outlines, class schedules, classroom rules, brand value handbooks, etc.
Research, update, and improve new teaching methods for the brand.
Primary Responsibility for Recruiting, Training, and Providing Teachers and Teaching Assistants for the School System:
Research, evaluate the effectiveness, and propose improvements to the training process for Vietnamese teachers, foreign teachers, teaching assistants, and coaches to continuously enhance training quality.
Plan, organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting teachers from internal/external sources.
Plan, organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate the recruitment and training activities for Vietnamese teachers, foreign teachers, teaching assistants, and coaches to meet the company&039;s business plan on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Coordinate, arrange, and transfer teachers from the head office to provide for branch departments.
Organize the development of teacher training materials: training textbooks, training slides, handouts, training videos, etc.
Primary Responsibility for the Brand&039;s Training Quality:
Propose solutions and develop implementation plans to improve class indicators according to the Training Department&039;s committed objectives.
Develop a system of processes, reporting systems, and monitoring systems for class quality indicators: attendance rate, retention rate, student exam participation rate, student pass rate, etc.
Recruit, Train, Manage, Ensure Work Efficiency, and Develop the Training Staff Team:
Evaluate the KPIs of the brand&039;s AOs.
Supervise, urge, and train AOs to ensure the efficiency of assigned work.
Develop/update job descriptions, KPIs, work process systems, work reporting systems, KPI acceptance documents, etc., for the Academic Officer (AO).
Recruit, interview, train, and coach AOs to ensure staffing levels and competencies meet job requirements.
Recruit, Train, Manage, Ensure Work Efficiency, and Develop the Academic Staff Team:
Develop/update job descriptions, KPIs, work process systems, work reporting systems, KPI acceptance documents, etc., for academic staff.
Evaluate the KPIs of the brand&039;s R&D staff.
Recruit, interview, train, and coach R&D staff to ensure staffing levels and competencies meet job requirements.
Supervise, urge, and train academic staff to ensure the efficiency of assigned work.
Coordinate Marketing and Communication Activities for Students:
Mobilize teachers to participate in company events according to marketing targets.
Communicate all company events to the teaching team.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department and branch/regional directors, taking responsibility for the academic content of student events/clubs/extracurricular activities such as workshops, mock exams, job interview fairs, etc.
Internal Training for Company Departments as Coordinated by the AH:
Directly train internal employees as assigned by the internal training coordinator.
