Objectives
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and goal- oriented Account Admin Trainee. You will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Account Department- ensuring that client collaboration processes run accurately, completely, and on time.
Job Description
Prepare, review, and store client collaboration documents such as contracts, IOs, and contract appendices
Suggest improvements for data entry, file naming, and data storage processes
Check operational documents before campaign launch: launching requests, payment requests, etc.
Review, correct, and complete missing or inaccurate data
Coordinate in troubleshooting issues or assisting with system testing during upgrades
Track the signing status of contracts and documents, and provide regular reports to the supervisor
Assist in monthly reconciliation of revenue and costs between departments
Update new client information and create client codes in the internal system
Ensure client, contract, and campaign data is consistent and synchronized across related departments (Account, Partnership, Finance, etc.)

Must have:
Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible in work
Good at analytical skills, problem- solving skills & critical thinking
3rd/4th- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full- time
English at intermediate level
Detail- oriented, highly organized, disciplined, and passionate about administrative/system work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good to have:
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work with large datasets and perform simple data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience in administrative tasks, paperwork handling, or data management
