Responsibilities:
– Manage promotional campaigns related to events;
– Manage tradeshow- related and customer events;
– Be responsible for managing, strategically developing and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch);
– Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables;
– Build and develop long- lasting relationships with clients;
– Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient;
– Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients&039; projects;
– Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations;
– Develop networks at events and trade show to identify opportunities and develop business across the business&039; portfolio of services;
– Ensure that each project is delivered to its maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross- selling are identified;
– Pitch for new business and taking the lead on;
– Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales;
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, on the brief and on budget;
– Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized;
– Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company;
– Prepare Presentation and pitch for business;
Requirements:
– Fluent in written and spoken English;
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– 4- 5 years of experience in a similar position;
– Preference will be given to candidates who can write proposals;

Salary: Annual income: 50.000$ (Salary + incentive);
