OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an Account Director cum FMCG Vertical Head who can be on top of multi- project and multi- team, develop strategy for the vertical team, manage the overall client growth from acquisition to referral, and lead the team to achieve ambitious goals. This position plays an important role in helping us achieve our growth strategy, to become the market leader in the field by providing the best- in- class total performance marketing solutions for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Client leadership and portfolio management:
On top of multi- project and manage overall client portfolio of FMCG vertical
Project management:
Provide direction for the team to acquire new clients and execute the projects
Manage performance of multiple projects at same time, point out key issues to address, and lead the team to propose effective solutions to maximize client lifetime value
Business consulting:
Provide the clients with high level consultation related to their business and marketing investment or operations to build credibility and strengthen the relationship
Build relationship with client project decision maker (Head/C- level)
Vertical management:
Build FMCG vertical team with a clear strategy and strong capabilities to win the vertical
Drive the overall strategy implementation from acquisition to monetization to achieve the business objectives
Develop strategy and business plan for the vertical
Recruit and manage a cross- functional team from Media, Creative, Strategy, Business Development, etc.
Business acumen
Manage P&L and resources of the vertical team
People management:
Recruit and lead the team to achieve the ambitious goals
Indirect subordinates: Vertical team forming from cross- functional team members (around 5 core team members)
Direct subordinates: AM/SAM
Deliver individual coaching/ feedback sessions to support the team members to grow and achieve their goals
Provide clear roadmap and adequate guidance for the team under
Department development:
Support the Chief Client Officer in building up the strategy and the account program overall to scale up the department
Lead internal company/department projects when needed.
