JOB DESCRIPTION
Role includes Business development with both Farming and retaining on existing customers and Business development of new customers.
Ensuring healthy topline in line with the Budget objective as defined by the Board.
Daily servicing and support of key customers including meeting clients to discuss their needs having researched their business and requirements, prepare and present campaign ideas and budget. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
Customer Leadership
Work closely with other departments (Thinkers, Creators, Makers) within the organization to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project and ensure smooth deliveries.
Key duties will be
Managing forecast/CRM to report and forecast all opportunities – Account Director is also responsible for to manage projects budget/PO.
Team management
Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Account Director to join us! It’s a challenging role requiring a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. They play a crucial role in team management, client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business as part of an existing client referral process.
Vision & Strategy
Budget & performance
Lead the team of Account managers and executives. This includes daily management and mentoring for the team to growth, yearly appraisal.
Invoicing is a key performance indicator to be monitor every week.
In collaboration with the Managing director/CSO group, the Account director is responsible to provide strategic vision to support the growth of Drcom Vietnam. This includes helping to understand markets (and clients) needs, and having a sharp understanding of digital omnichannel ecosystem7 marketing campaigns.
Manage and create long- term partnership with Drcom strategic accounts to develop business and support company’s growth. The Account Director is responsible for accounts growth and quality of all projects delivered.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellence.
Understand customer’s strategies & requirements. This includes being able to provide clients with strategic recommendations and budget, and support in coordination with Drcom Strategic Planner.
Coordination with Drcom Innovation hub
Others:
With a regional scope, Director may need to travel in China, PH, SEA or ANZ to support regional account.
Work with strong autonomy, proactivity and under pressure, reporting to the Managing Director, providing regular input on all account activities
Job Requirements
Comply with Odoo, our CRM, (such as timesheet) and company regulation
General:
Minimum Years of experience: 6- 8 years
Strong BD skills with proven track record
Understanding of marketing objectives and strategies- including digital, omnichannel etc of the healthcare & life science industry
Previous experience in similar capacity (or Senior Account manager) in creative agency mandatory
Required skills:
Hand- on person with the ability to work in a start- up like mindset
Passion for science and healthcare related topics
Has to be collaborative
Understanding of marketing objectives and strategies- including digital, omnichannel etc of the healthcare & life science industry
Good understanding of client’s business and competitive landscape
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
