RESPONSIBILITY
Deliver planned sales KPIs for the assigned clients, make sure to maintain good relationships with them and upsell, cross- sell as well as make other efforts to maximize sales from them;
Continuously ensure the quality of the deliveries and proactively seek new ways to improve client services as well as executional innovation to build trust and confidence for the clients.
Ensure financial process is followed in terms of client set- up and invoicing.
Work in partnership across the teams within the unit and other business unit teams to provide excellent project management for your client’s needs at all times;

Continuously provide input into the problem- solving direction of each client project and ensure communication of any directional changes to your team and to other related teams.
Support Project Leader for the assigned client, supervise project team(s) on client services, and partner with other functional teams to deliver excellent execution of such projects
Set and manage multiple project deliverables including time and cost estimates with internal and external clients to deliver or/and exceed client’s project objectives/KPIs;
Cooperate with internal team members and educate them on the client, their target, their service and other project- related information;
Report to Business Development Manager
Assist the business development team in planning works to win businesses from clients
Support developing influencer marketing campaign approach, understand and manage details of a campaign in the context of a larger business picture;
REQUIREMENT
∙ Skills:
Communication, Team- working, Multitasking
Project Management (Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Budget, Cost Control, Time management)
∙ English (spoken & written) is required
∙ Hard- working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
∙ Have at least 1 year in the same level
∙ Must have a good understanding and knowledge of marketing, especially in digital area
∙ Must have customer- centric mindset
