Account Executive

The primary liaison between the agency and its clients, responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving agency growth. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams (creative, media, development, etc.) to deliver exceptional client service and achieve campaign goals.

- Analyze customers&039; brief to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Present creative concepts, proposals, and campaign reports to clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Project Management
- Identify and give solutions for client&039;s problems.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and ensure transparency.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Manage client feedback and revisions.
Business Development
- Develop proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business opportunities
- Research potential new clients and their products.
