OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Your ability to build strong relationships, and overcome objections will be critical to the success of our sales efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against sales targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, showcasing the company&039;s products or services and highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to remain competitive and effectively position the company&039;s offerings in the marketplace.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the company&039;s products or services.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to reach mutually acceptable agreements that align with both parties&039; interests.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address their specific requirements.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients, conduct outreach, and develop leads to expand the client base.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Excellent Communication Skills: strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment, is preferred.
