Qualifications
Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for an Account Executive located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Account Executive will be responsible for daily tasks related to managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management, Sales, Marketing and Account Management or any agency environment experience.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages
Key Responsibilities:
Account:
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for clients
- Track and update client and partner information
- Schedule meetings and calls with clients, partners, and the CEO
Project Management:
- Report and update project status regularly to the document management system
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues as they arise
- Monitor and drive project progress to meet committed deadlines with clients and partners
