Account Executive

Create and update both client and project documents, including creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials.
Work with relevant stakeholders & coordinate them to make the project launched on time, including KOL, media team, social media team, local brand team, regional brand team
Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and contact reports
Expand the business network & present the company to prospective clients to develop a healthy pipeline
Brainstorm with the internal team for the ideas, concept for pitch proposal, present to our clients
Maintaining a strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Ensure projects are fully executed as per the agreed scope, timeline, and budget with clients.
Track budgets; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; revise budgets as needed; alert clients of financial implications and secure approval to proceed.

***Key Qualities We Look For
Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Able to lead the execution of creative & digital campaigns.
Passionate about expanding new sources of business relationships and meeting new prospective clients
Be proactive in managing and understanding clients requirements as well as managing expectations with the internal teams
1-2 years of experience in creative, advertising and/or digital agencies as the account executive.
Excellent at building relationships and client management
