Seek opportunities for upselling or cross- selling additional agency services to clients based on their evolving needs.
Proactively identify and address client needs by staying updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitors&039; activities.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client&039;s business, industry, and objectives to offer strategic guidance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance metrics to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Project Management
Develop proposal and present to clients
Write client brief and debrief effectively to internal team members
Conduct post- project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing timely updates to clients and addressing any budget- related concerns.
Schedule task, monitor project progress and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables and detect delays/problems in the project and tackle them to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular project status meetings with external and internal teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, to ensure project success.
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third- party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines

Paperwork (5%)
Ensure all project- related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is filed and managed appropriately.
Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for client engagements.
