Client Management & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long- term, trust- based relationships with clients to foster retention and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of client needs.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and account performance.
Factory Coordination & Regional Order Execution
- Export and manage purchase orders (POs) for regional and international accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor production timelines and coordinate with logistics to address potential delays, maintaining transparency with clients.
- Work closely with factory teams to align production schedules and ensure timely delivery of client orders.
Operational Excellence & Account Support
- Support reporting efforts by generating performance and market trend analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure inventory availability and timely shipment of client orders.
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date records for client accounts, including orders, preferences, and performance metrics.
Product & Merchandising Support
- Manage and update client- facing product information, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional activities.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to improve offerings and experiences.
- Assist with creating tailored proposals and promotional plans to drive upselling and cross- selling opportunities.

Core Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: 1–3 years in account management, client service, or merchandising, with supply chain or factory coordination experience preferred.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and cross- functional collaboration.- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks while meeting deadlines.2. Technical Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.- Familiarity with order processing systems and logistics software is a plus.3. Personal Attributes- Strong problem- solving skills and adaptability to address dynamic client needs and market conditions.- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in POs, account records, and client communications.
