Account Executive (Activation & Event)

• Conduct post- event evaluations and generate comprehensive reports.
• Provide daily updates on the operational aspects of the project scope from initiation to closure.
• Research event markets and stay up- to- date with industry trends.
• Generate reports reflecting project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPI achievement for Account Manager/Project Leader and s.
• Coordinate with suppliers, troubleshoot on event day, and manage dismantling and removal.
• Gather client briefs and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client teams.
• Efficiently manage projects, overseeing timelines, budget, suppliers, legal obligations, and staffing.
• Develop and pitch proposals to secure project opportunities.

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in account management within an event agency role, specializing in event and activation activities.
• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Creative and active team player, demonstrating passion, high commitment, and self- motivation.
• Detail- oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
• Demonstrates good analytical skills as well as effective communication (oral and written) skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a "can- do" attitude.
• Capable of working under high pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledgeable and up- to- date with event marketing, communication, and advertising.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
