Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Prepare and follow up project timelines, implementation plans, and checklists.
Monitor field team performance and report daily/weekly progress.
Ensure all campaign materials, POSM, and tools are delivered on schedule and in proper condition
Coordinate with Field Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
Support KAM/KAD in managing day- to- day operations of client projects.
Reporting & Data Management
Ensure data timeliness ≥ 95%, report accuracy ≥ 98%.
Work closely with the Data/BI team to enhance dashboard updates and reporting efficiency.
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from field teams.
Prepare reports for client submission (coverage, visibility, sales, audit, etc.).
Client Service Support
Attend client meetings and document meeting notes, next steps, and follow- ups.
Maintain excellent client relationship through professionalism and responsiveness.
Support in client communication, responding to inquiries, and preparing presentations or proposals.
Financial & Administrative Support
Track project costs, ensure budget variance ≤ ±3%, and submit liquidation documents on time.
Assist KAM/KAD in preparing quotations, POs, and vendor coordination.
Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow- up.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.
Support training or onboarding for new AEs or field team leaders when required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Key Requirements
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong coordination, planning, and follow- up skills.
Proven experience managing nationwide or multi- province projects.
Familiar with budget control, field reporting, and vendor coordination.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Integrity and accountability in execution.
Adaptable to fast- paced and high- pressure environments.
Team- player with compassion and service mindset.
1- 2 years of experience in Account / Project Executive roles (Activation, Field Force, or FMCG agency).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
