Account Executive (Havas Group Vietnam)

Job summary
The Account Executive at Havas Group Vietnam- a Global Media Agency, is responsible for the state of the agency&039;s relationship and performance on assigned clients. S/He ensures that all recommendations drive our clients’ business whilst generating a strong commercial return. S/He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery.
Responsibilities:

Process media bookings into media buying tools.
Participate in media advertising campaign creation.
Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget;
Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly and having quality control of all work that is submitted to clients. Optimize the campaigns.
Manage briefs and lead all client actions on strategic accounts by excelling Mx.
Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well- managed and organized.
Establish the documents (quotation, purchase order…) and provide them to third parties.
Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
Support Business Unit Lead and Media Managers in overall servicing the client.
Participate in invoicing clients and managing disputes in cooperation with the controller.
Ensure the campaign goes live and make sure deadlines are met.
Maintain regular dialogue on campaign performance and market opportunities with all other teams to ensure client KPIs and objectives are met and support your manager to adjust strategy where appropriate.

Requirements:

A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints.
Degree in marketing, advertising, digital, PR, and communication.
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
Staying current on advertising/digital/marketing trends.
Detail oriented and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
2 years’ agency experience in similar roles, working in a global media agency is a plus.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
