Job Description:
The Account Executive will play a key role in managing projects and client relationships. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage proposal delivery, and ensure successful project execution. As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will also mentor junior team members, including interns, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high- quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project briefings and align internal stakeholders on campaign goals, expectations, and deliverables.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges proactively and maintaining strong relationships.
Commit to achieving performance KPIs and business targets set by management, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
Coordinate cross- functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high- quality campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights and data- driven recommendations to clients.
Develop and execute proposals and project plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Proactively seek and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio, contributing to overall business growth.
Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring consistent communication and relationship development.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within an agency setting.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
Proven skills in project management.

Salary range: 12,000,000- 18,000,000 VND (Paying social insurance based on official salary)
