Job description:
As an Account Executive Trainee / Intern, you will play a supporting role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by bridging communication gaps and preempting challenges. Your tasks will involve detailed coordination across various departments, enabling you to become the agency&039;s neural centre for project management.
Duration: At least 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with external partners to oversee project budgets and timelines.
Manage and respond to brand- related inquiries on social media platforms.
Prepare and process paperwork including both external and internal sides.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure project requirements are met.
Collect data from several teams, including social, media,... and do project reports.
Assist Senior Account Executives/ Account Managers in their daily tasks.
Qualifications:
A keen eye for detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Currently a 2nd or 3rd- year university student or a recent graduate, preferably from a Marketing- related program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
An energetic personality with a can- do spirit, eager to tackle challenges.
