Account Intern

Support the Account team in all phases of the project management process (50%)
Assist the account team in smooth and on- time project development and execution, manage project scope and timelines, and implement any necessary processes and procedures.
Participate in meetings (brief, brainstorm, regroup, project discussion, presentations ...): contribute ideas, support in writing client briefs proposal development
Liaise with clients regularly- responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals- following assignments & coaching from the Line Manager
Work collaboratively with other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency & following assignments & coaching from the Line Manager including:
Internal team: Creative, Planning
Assist in meeting organization: calendar booking, arranging meeting room,...
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Report to Account Supervisor/ Account Executive
Prepare & follow paperwork (including contracts, payments, internal paperwork,...)
Assist line manager in building & maintaining relationships with third- party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines Administrative tasks (50%)
Work with Accountant & Finance to follow up and submit papers for the projects

Education
Have passion and desire to develop in a Digital Agency
Skills/Knowledge
Senior or fresh graduated students in major: Advertising, Media, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
Attitude
Prefer candidates with good English skills
Good communication, hard- working, creative, open- minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
Experience internship 3 months at a marketing agency or related field is a plus.
