Client Service
• Schedule and prepare for meetings
• Understand client demands and solution consult
• Manage the day- to- day relationship and communication with clients
Project Management
• Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers, ... to deliver the campaign meet client’s objectives
• Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
• Project planning and tasks scheduling
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Debrief effectively to internal team members
• Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
Paperwork (5%)
• Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments

Must have:
• Strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills
• Basic marketing knowledge
• Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Organizing and time management
• Able to communicate in English
• Detail- oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result- oriented
• University/College graduate (Freshers are welcomed)
• Able to work independently, self- learning and work under pressure
A plus if:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Experienced in ecommerce, agency, branding
