Account Intern

Team: B2C Sales
Internship: Full- time / Part- time at least 32 hours per week
Location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
Responsibilities:

Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.
Make a daily/weekly/monthly performance report.
Conceptualize content to support cross- communication for partners.
Support, follow up with partners, respond to partners queries, via channels such as: phone, email, chat,...
Assist to work with partnership, affiliate network partners of ELSA.
Assist in finding new partners and researching cooperation models.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset.
Willing- to- learn and Willing- to- do mindset.
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities.
Be able to work part- time at least 25 hours per week (from Monday- Friday)
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economic, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields.
