ROLE OBJECTIVE
• Build and standardize Account department operating procedures.
• Enhance client experience and team performance.
• Lead the Account team to execute effective Digital Marketing & Influencer/KOL/KOC campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and standardize team processes: brief – execution – internal coordination – delivery – campaign closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative / Media / KOL / Production) to ensure timelines and output quality.
• Review and control proposals, timelines, quotations, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage & lead a team of 4–6 Account staff: assign tasks, monitor progress, coach on skills and service mindset.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate digital campaign performance: read and interpret metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Reach…) and provide actionable insights.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, handling requests and maintaining long- term relationships while ensuring company credibility.
• Lead the team to develop proposals, select KOL/KOC, plan content & posting schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
• Leadership qualities: able to lead the team, take responsibility for results, inspire, and develop team members.
• Ability to read and interpret digital performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS…) to optimize campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience in an agency ( Digital & Booking / KOL / Campaign,..).
• Experience handling clients with budgets of 500 million VND or above.
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, able to handle situations flexibly.
• Understanding of digital & booking campaign workflows.
