Account Leader (Digital Marketing Agency)

Scope of work
- Responsible for coordinating with other departments during campaign implementation, so that the campaigns are on schedule, achieving the quality of commitment and bring about the best results.
- Help Client evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing activities and monitors competitive activities and plans appropriate responses/actions
- Assist directors to recruit new members and develop a training plan for junior/middle level account planners
- Lead and strengthen a team of account planners to deliver satisfactory services to clients of various industries.
- Responsible for developing Digital Marketing strategies and delivering persuasive presentations to clients.
- Work with Creative team to ensure creative development is on strategy and meet Client’s expectations / standards

Job Requirement
- Flexible, able to balance the expectation between the internal team and the clients.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- The interview rounds will be discussed by Vietnamese and English
- Having experiences in some performance marketing campaigns
- Patient, capable of work under high pressure.
- Resumes must be written by English
- 2 years experience for leader position
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus
- Data driven mindset
- Enthusiastic, passionate and self- motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational, negotiating and time- management skills.
