JOB DESCRIPTION
Project management:
Responsible for on- time delivery and quality of proposal by ensuring the account team understood the client&039;s brief; leading brainstorming sessions to form direction, ideas, and tactics; supporting Account Executives in conducting a detailed analysis of client, products, target audience; and delivering tailored solutions that meet client’s specific needs.
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and within budget while achieving the expected profit for the company.
Client management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in project development and impact future business opportunities.
Act as a company representative: responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with the client’s key decision- makers, understanding the client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients and promoting the expansion of business.
Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas to improve sales quotas.
Team management:
Mainly in charge of recruiting and developing Account Executives, providing frequent training and coaching for the team.
Led account team throughout the end- to- end client- serving process.
Responsible for planning the team’s P&L (quarterly and monthly P&L), monitoring, managing and ensuring the team’s delivery of the scheduled P&L target.
Planning:
Allocates team resources to ensure delivery of data and info required for pitches/ plans.
Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
Attend the brainstorming and pitching sections to contribute knowledge and insight to the pitches/ plans (if needed)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of working experience in the Digital/Media Agency in which at least 1 year of experience in the required position or 3 years of experience in Account Manager
Proficient in English
Strong project management skills
Managed projects of 3 billion/month or more
Background: Digital Advertising Agency, Marketing.
Knowledge of IMC Planning is required.
Knowledge of Digital Planning and Execution is required
Master in Client Service
