Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor, support, and optimize campaign performance through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Act as the main point of contact, supporting affiliates from onboarding to campaign launch and optimization.
Foster strong, long- term relationships with key partners to drive sustained revenue growth.
Guide affiliates with insights on marketing strategies, traffic sources, and promotion methods to maximize performance.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a pipeline of high- potential affiliates in both Vietnam and global markets, focusing on driving international campaigns across multiple verticals.
Continuously identify and pursue new affiliate and business development opportunities.
Ensure smooth campaign execution by coordinating with internal teams (Business Dev, Compliance, Finance, Tech).

Other Duties

Contribute to improving documentation, internal processes, and knowledge sharing.
Escalate and report issues to the management team when required.
Stay updated on industry trends through webinars, training, and active research.

Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast- paced environments.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Previous experience working with influencers, bloggers, or publishers is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account executive, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Self- driven, results- oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Effective communicator with strong problem- solving and conflict resolution skills.
For candidates without direct experience in affiliate marketing, full training will be provided. A strong willingness to learn, high ownership, and a performance mindset are essential.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
