Searching and Approaching Potential Clients to Secure Contracts for the Company
Build and maintain relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
Evaluate clients and participate in internal planning for projects.
Generate potential opportunities through networking, campaigns, and social media.
Identify and target potential clients or industries that align with the company&039;s services.
Develop and maintain a database of potential clients or a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Support internal teams in the contract signing process with clients.
Receive briefs and provide quotations.
Contact clients, introduce products, and be responsible for sending credentials to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams for pitching.
Responsible for Achieving Sales Targets
Identify opportunities to increase sales with clients.
Monitor and report on revenue and progress towards targets. Provide regular sales forecasts to the Board of Directors and Finance.
Set targets and achieve revenue goals for the company.
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client’s key decision- makers, understanding client’s needs, and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients, and promoting the expansion of business
Update product information to consult partners/customers better.
Get new partnerships/clients for the Company through personal relationships.
Exchange information and periodically update the Company&039;s updated information for existing partners/customers of the Company.
Responsible for smooth delivery from project commencement to completion through the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing phases.
Oversee the management of multiple partners and 3rd parties to deliver full- circle execution of communication programs.
Strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns: Present and discuss the campaign with clients, implementation plan, negotiate the project implementation contract
Lead account team throughout the end- to- end client- serving process: from pitching, on- boarding, and execution
Report on the implementation of each phase and the entire campaign team
Ensures client’s satisfaction by delivering expected campaign/project on point, on time and on budget;
Manages, trains, coaches and develops subordinates to ensure they perform at their best while providing them the opportunity to develop professionally.
Contributes ideas and supporting information to develop Team’s strategy for gaining new business as required;
Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time, and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company
Works closely with internal partners such as Creative, Editorial, Strategic Planning and Production Team to follow through on executions of production.
Implement the contract, follow up and ensure the quality of the implementation.
