Position: Account Manager – Hotel Partnerships
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead our hotel partnership efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our hotel partners, improving their performance on our platform, and expanding our network of accommodation partners to drive growth for Soctrip.com.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with hotel partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
Problem Solving & Support: Address partner concerns related to pricing, inventory, booking issues, and customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Optimization: Analyze performance metrics (bookings, cancellations, customer reviews, etc.) to develop actionable strategies that improve hotel partner performance on the platform.
Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel partners and accommodation providers to expand platform inventory and geographical reach.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver regular business performance reports and recommend data- driven solutions to optimize results.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to support hotel campaigns, resolve partner issues, and enhance user experience.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms including commission rates, promotions, and other contractual conditions to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1- 3 years in account management, B2B sales, or partnership development, preferably within the online travel agency (OTA), hospitality, or travel- tech sectors.
Skills:
Strategic thinking with a hands- on attitude
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with OTA systems such as Channel Managers, PMS, and data analytics tools is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
